1. Read the product information

Review the full ingredient list, warnings and directions shown on the product page and packaging before use. Product formulas differ, even where products have a similar appearance or scent.

2. External use

Lu.Flo soaps and bath products are for external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid direct contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water.

3. Sensitivities and allergies

Cosmetic products may contain fragrance components, essential oils, botanicals or other ingredients that can cause sensitivity in some people. Check the INCI list carefully if you have known allergies. Stop use and rinse the area if irritation or discomfort occurs. Seek medical advice when symptoms are severe or persistent.

4. Children

Keep products and packaging away from unsupervised young children. Bath products should be used with appropriate adult supervision. Products are not toys or food, even when their shape, colour or fragrance may appear attractive.

5. Bath products

Use bath bombs only as directed and in an appropriate amount of water. Oils may make the bath surface slippery, so enter and leave the bath carefully and rinse the bath after use. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.

6. Soaps and felted soaps

Rinse after use and allow soap to drain and dry between uses. Felted wool creates a textured washing surface; use gentle pressure and stop if the texture feels uncomfortable. Wool-sensitive users should avoid felted products.

7. Storage

Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, moisture and strong household chemicals. Keep packaging and batch information until the product has been used.

8. Claims and medical conditions

Lu.Flo cosmetics are intended for cleansing, fragrancing and normal cosmetic care. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Ask a qualified healthcare professional for advice if you have a medical skin condition, are pregnant or have concerns about a particular ingredient.

9. Reporting a product concern

Contact hello@luflosoaps.shop with the product name, batch information, purchase details and a description of the issue. Keep the product and packaging while the concern is reviewed.
