1. Seller information

2. Scope

These terms apply to purchases made through the Lu.Flo website by consumers. Product-specific information, prices, delivery terms and any personalization details shown before checkout form part of the order.

3. Products and availability

We aim to describe products, colours, sizes, weights, scents and packaging accurately. Handmade products may show small visual variations. Products and packaging are subject to availability. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you and offer a suitable alternative or a refund.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any other payable costs are shown before the order is submitted. Customers outside the European Union may be responsible for import taxes, customs duties or local handling charges.

5. Placing an order

An order is submitted when the customer completes checkout and confirms the obligation to pay. Receipt of an automated message does not prevent us from declining an order where payment fails, information is incomplete, the product is unavailable or the order cannot legally be fulfilled. A written order confirmation will be sent to the email address supplied by the customer.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by an independent payment service provider. More information is available in our Payment Policy.

7. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimates are listed on the Delivery page. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address and collecting parcel-locker shipments within the carrier's stated period.

8. Personalized products

Personalized or made-to-order goods are prepared according to the information approved or supplied by the customer. The customer is responsible for checking names, messages and other personalization details before confirming the order. Clearly personalized goods may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, except where they are faulty, damaged or do not match the agreed order.

9. Withdrawal, returns and faulty goods

Eligible consumers may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days after delivery. Exceptions and return instructions are explained in our Returns & Withdrawal Policy. Statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrect goods are not limited by these terms.

10. Product use and safety

Customers should read the product description, ingredient list, label and use instructions before use. Product information and general precautions are provided on the Product Safety page.

11. Intellectual property

Website text, photographs, graphics, branding and design belong to SIA Lunvia or are used with permission. They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without prior written permission.

12. Applicable law and complaints

These terms are governed by Latvian law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights available under the law of the consumer's country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. Consumers may also contact the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) or another competent consumer dispute body.
