Standard unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days after delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Return eligibility depends on whether the product is standard, personalized or opened.
Personalized products
Personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or Lu.Flo made an error. Delivery is calculated separately by country.
Hygiene
Opened bath and body products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Full INCI is shown on each product page.
