What if I do not know which gift to choose?

Tell us who the gift is for, the occasion, your budget and the country of delivery. We usually reply within 24 hours. For urgent requests, contact us on WhatsApp.

Can I add a personal message?

Yes. Add a short note to your order, or let us help you shape the words if you are not sure what to write.

Can I create a box with different products?

Yes. Create a Box will let you build a gift with selected Lu.Flo products, packaging and card options.

Can companies order gifts?

Yes. Companies can order Lu.Flo boxes or neutral kraft boxes. Custom-branded boxes are not offered for now.

Can I return a product?

Standard unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days. The customer pays return shipping. Personalized products and opened bath/body products cannot be returned except faulty or incorrect items.
